Trying to depict a portrait of Jesus Christ is a daunting task, to say the least. There are as many “versions” of Him as there are Christians. So, in my opinion, a portrayal of Jesus has to do more with the feelings the artwork generates in the viewer than simply the particulars of his appearance. I see the Savior as the perfect combination of strength and love…power and gentleness…manhood and compassion.
